FoodSafe Pro ("the Service") is a document management tool for restaurant operators, including OCR receipt recognition, food handler certificate management, and expiry alerts. By using this Service, you agree to these Terms.
3 free OCR scans per day (90/month max). Quota resets monthly and does not accumulate. Free users have access to basic features.
Payments are processed via Wise (bank transfer) or WeChat Pay. Subscriptions require manual renewal — we'll send a reminder before expiry. Cancel anytime — current period remains active.
Subscriptions that have used OCR scans are non-refundable for the consumed portion. If you haven't used any scans within 3 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. Contact support@foodsafepro.app to request a refund.
OCR recognition results are provided as-is for reference only. We are not liable for losses resulting from recognition errors. Certificate expiry reminders are supplemental — you remain responsible for tracking certificate validity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FoodSafe Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, submitted to the competent court.
For EU users: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
